Embroidery Digitizing in Houston
Before a logo can be embroidered, it has to be digitized — turned into a stitch file that tells the machine exactly where every stitch goes. We do our digitizing in-house in Houston, so we control how your logo looks from the file to the final stitch.

Free when you order 12 or more items from our shop. The fee applies to items you bring in. One fee per design — we keep your file on hand, so you don’t pay again when you reorder.
What to send us
- The clearest version of your logo you have — a vector file (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) is ideal, but a high-quality PNG or JPG works too.
- Where it’s going (hat front, left chest, back, etc.) and about how wide you want it.
- Any color requirements.
We’ll send you a mockup to approve before we stitch anything.
How it works
- Send your logo — through our quote form, by text, or bring it by the shop.
- See a mockup — usually within 1–2 days.
- Approve it — nothing gets stitched until you say so.
- We stitch it — typically 1–3 business days after approval, depending on quantity. Rush is available for a fee.
- Pick up free at our Houston Heights shop.
Common questions
Why is there a digitizing fee?
Every logo has to be converted into a stitch file by hand for the embroidery machine. It’s a one-time setup per design.
Can I order online?
Yes. When you add a customized item to your cart, you can add the right digitizing size right from the cart or checkout page.
