Flat embroidery or 3D puff
Flat embroidery is the classic look and works for almost any logo, including small text and fine detail.
3D puff embroidery raises the design off the hat for a bold, structured look. It works best on simple shapes and block letters on the front panel of a structured hat.

Embroidery price is per hat for one location, plus the hat. Blank hats in our shop start at $11.90. Digitizing is a one-time fee per design, from $25 — free when you order 12 or more hats from our shop. We keep your file, so you never pay it again on a reorder.
How it works
- Send your logo or idea — through our quote form, by text, or bring it by the shop.
- See a mockup — usually within 1–2 days.
- Approve it — nothing gets stitched until you say so.
- We stitch it — most orders are ready 1–3 business days after approval, depending on quantity. Rush is available for a fee.
- Pick up at our Houston Heights shop.
