Free Logo Digitizing on 12+ Items
Order 12 or more customized items from our shop and your logo digitizing is free. It is normally a one-time setup fee of $25 to $35 per design, and it comes off automatically once your cart has 12 customized items.

What digitizing is
Before a logo can be embroidered, it has to be digitized: turned into a stitch file that tells the embroidery machine exactly where every stitch goes. We do our digitizing in-house in Houston.
How to get it online
- Pick your items in our shop, choose colors and sizes, and click Add Your Design to place your logo.
- Get to 12 customized items in your cart. Any mix of items, colors and sizes counts toward the 12.
- Check out. Your cart shows Logo Digitizing as free, so there is nothing to add.

What is included
- The DST embroidery file and a PDF proof, emailed to you. Both files are yours to keep.
- One revision requested within 24 hours of file delivery.

Price each at 12 or more
Embroidery is priced per item for one location: $15 each for 11–24 items, $11.50 for 25–49 and $8.50 for 50 or more, plus the item itself. Every product page shows the price for 12 with your logo. Looking for a starting point? See our best products under $40.
Good to know
- Free digitizing is for 12 or more customized items bought from our shop. Items you bring in are charged the digitizing fee.
- With fewer than 12 customized items, the one-time digitizing fee applies.
- Embroidery pricing includes designs up to 20,000 stitches. Over that it is $1.00 per 1,000 stitches, and we confirm with you before we stitch.
- Online orders are limited to a finished embroidery size of 11 inches or less.
