Shipping Options and Costs

Free standard shipping shows up at checkout automatically when your order subtotal is $100 or more, after any discount codes. Shipping options and costs are always shown at checkout before you pay. Texas sales tax is added where it applies.
When Your Order Ships
Delivery estimates start on the day your order ships, not the day you place it.
Custom orders ship as soon as production is finished. Most orders are embroidered 1–3 business days after you approve your mockup, depending on the number of items. Items from our online shop are ordered in for you after you place your order, so the time for them to reach us is added. See Turnaround Times for the full timeline.

We currently ship within the United States only.
Check Your Shipping Address
Please check your shipping address carefully before you place your order. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address you provided. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away.
If Something Is Wrong With Your Order
Please look over your order as soon as it arrives or you pick it up. If something isn’t right, contact us within 7 days of pickup or delivery. Tell us your order number and what’s wrong (photos help). Our Returns and Customized-Item Policy explains how we make it right.
