3D Puff Embroidery in Houston
3D puff embroidery stitches over a layer of foam so your logo stands up off the fabric. It’s the bold, raised look you see on the front of a lot of caps — and we stitch it in-house at our Houston Heights shop on our Tajima embroidery machine.
Where 3D puff works best
- Structured hats — the front panel of a trucker cap or snapback is the classic spot.
- Bold, simple designs — block letters, thick shapes and simple logos puff up best. Very small text and fine detail are usually better as flat embroidery.
- Mixing it up — many designs combine puff for the main word or icon with flat stitching for the details.

How it works
- Send your logo — through our quote form, by text, or bring it by the shop.
- See a mockup — usually within 1–2 days.
- Approve it — nothing gets stitched until you say so.
- We stitch it — typically 1–3 business days after approval, depending on quantity. Rush is available for a fee.
- Pick up free at our Houston Heights shop.

No minimums — order one hat or a hundred.
Can you do 3D puff on hats I already have?
Often, yes. Bring them by or text us a photo and we’ll let you know.
