One-time logo digitizing for designs up to 11 inches. Includes the DST file, PDF proof, and one revision requested within 24 hours.
Description
We convert your approved artwork into an embroidery-ready DST file. The fee is charged once per design.
Online orders are limited to a finished embroidery size of 11 inches or less. When the file is complete, Embroidery By Shotzy will email you the DST machine file and a PDF copy. Both files belong to you and are yours to keep.
One revision is included when requested within 24 hours of file delivery. Additional revisions, or revisions requested after 24 hours, are $10 each.
Digitizing fees and delivered digital files are non-refundable once digitizing work begins or the files are delivered.
If a customer-supplied DST file will not sew correctly, we can redigitize it at the standard size-based fee. Redigitizing may add a few business days to the order.
