Turnaround Times

Most orders move through the same steps. The times below are what is typical at our shop. They are estimates, not guarantees.
Typical Timeline

| Pickup or shipping | Free pickup at our shop, or Standard Shipping (3–5 business days) or Express Shipping (1–3 business days) after your order ships |
What Can Add Time
- Ordering your blank items. Items from our online shop are ordered in after you place your order, so the time for them to arrive is added.
- Waiting on approval. Production only starts after you approve your mockup, so a quick reply keeps your order moving.
- Larger orders. The more items in your order, the longer the stitching takes.
- Stitch files that need work. If a stitch file you supply does not sew correctly, redigitizing it may add a few business days.
- Large or dense designs. Embroidery pricing includes designs up to 20,000 stitches. For designs over that, we confirm the stitch count and any added cost with you before production.
Bringing Your Own Items
When you bring your own items, there is no wait for blanks to arrive. Most orders are finished 1–3 business days after you approve your mockup, depending on the number of items. See our Customer-Supplied Garment Policy.
Rush Orders
Rush service is available for an additional fee. Availability and pricing are confirmed case by case, so please call, text or email us before you order.
Need It by a Certain Date?
Tell us your deadline before you order and we will let you know what is possible. Turnaround times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Reorders
We keep your stitch file on hand, so a reorder of the same design does not need to be digitized again.
Shipping Time
Shipping time is in addition to production time. Delivery estimates start when your order ships. See Shipping and Pickup.
