This Privacy Policy explains what information Embroidery By Shotzy (“we,” “us” or “our”) collects when you visit embroiderybyshotzy.com, place an order, or contact us, and how we use and protect it. Our shop is located at 1241 W 11th St, Houston, TX 77008.

Information you give us

  • Your name, email address, phone number, and billing and shipping addresses when you place an order or create an account
  • Designs, logos, artwork, names and text you upload or send us for embroidery, along with your mockup approvals and order notes
  • Messages you send us through our contact forms, by email or by phone
  • Account details such as your username and order history, if you create an account

Payment information. Card and other payment details are entered into and processed by our payment provider, WooPayments (powered by Stripe). We do not store your full card number. If you choose Apple Pay, Google Pay, WooPay, Amazon Pay, Klarna, Afterpay or Affirm, that provider also handles your information under its own privacy policy.

Information collected automatically. When you use our website, we and our service providers may collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and similar usage information through cookies and similar technologies. This includes cookies that keep your cart and checkout working, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics that help us understand how the site is used.

How We Use Your Information

  • To make, ship and deliver your order, including creating mockups and digitizing your designs
  • To take payment, prevent fraud and keep our records, including tax records
  • To send order confirmations, mockups, updates and answers to your questions
  • To keep your approved designs and stitch files on file so reorders are quick
  • To run, secure and improve our website
  • To send you news or offers, only if you ask to receive them. You can opt out at any time

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, and only as needed, such as:

  • Our payment providers, to process payments and prevent fraud
  • Shipping carriers, to deliver your order
  • Our website host and the tools that power our site and email
  • Analytics providers, such as Google
  • Authorities, when the law requires it or to protect our rights

We do not share your artwork or logos with anyone else or use them in our marketing without your permission.

Cookies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. Some are needed for the cart, checkout and account login to work. Others help us measure site traffic. Our Contact page, homepage and Shipping and Pickup page also show a map from Google Maps. How Long We Keep Information

We keep order and payment records for as long as needed for tax, accounting and legal reasons. We keep your approved designs and stitch files so we can fill reorders; you can ask us to delete them at any time. Contact form messages are kept only as long as needed to help you.

Keeping Your Information Safe

Our website uses a secure (HTTPS) connection, and payments are handled by our payment provider’s secure systems. No website is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Your Choices and Rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or opt out of marketing emails, by contacting us at shotzylov3@gmail.com. Some information may need to be kept for legal or tax reasons.

Children

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Personalized baby and children’s items are ordered by adults.
