Need just one shirt embroidered? A single hat for a gift, or a handful of polos for a business you’re just getting off the ground? A lot of shops turn small jobs away or tack on small-order fees. At Embroidery By Shotzy, there’s no minimum order. One piece or a hundred, we’re happy to do it.
What No Minimum Custom Embroidery in Houston Looks Like at Our Shop
No minimum means exactly that: you can order a single item. We’re a family-run team of three here in Houston, and we’ve been doing custom embroidery for over two years. Small orders are a big part of what we do, from one-of-a-kind gifts to a few shirts for a new crew.
If you’re bringing us a logo or artwork we haven’t stitched before, it first has to be digitized. That means turning your design into a stitch file our embroidery machine can read. We do our digitizing in-house and charge a one-time digitizing fee for it. We keep your file on hand, so when you come back for more with the same design, you won’t pay that fee again.

- Tote bags, aprons and towels
- Custom patches you can sew onto jackets, bags and uniforms
- Your own items: bring in something you already have and we’ll take a look to make sure it’s a good fit for embroidery

How It Works
- Tell us what you want. Call us, stop by, or send us a message with your idea, logo or item.
- Get your mockup. We’ll show you how it will look, usually within 1–2 days.
- We stitch it. Once you approve the mockup, most jobs are finished in 1–3 days, depending on how many items are in the order. Need it sooner? Rush service is available for an extra fee.
- Pick it up. Grab your order at our shop at 1241 W 11th St, Houston, TX 77008.
Start Small, Grow Later
Not sure yet how many you’ll need? Start with one or two pieces to see the quality, then come back for more. When your order gets bigger, we offer volume discounts, and since your design is already digitized, reorders are simple.
